Bloomberg employ an ethos of transparency, fairness and connectivity which feeds into their drive to achieve an open culture that is fostered by all 19,000 Bloomberg employees. Striving to innovate, diversify and be philanthropic, Michael Bloomberg founded Bloomberg as a company that has ‘giving back’ in its core principles. Whether this be to companies and organisations that have paid for Bloomberg’s services, or using the profits Bloomberg has generated to help out the communities in which the Bloomberg offices are situated (Bloomberg has offices in 73 countries worldwide). Thus, as Bloomberg continues to expand, they seek employees that are passionate and adopt their ethos. With internships and graduate recruitment opportunities in cities such as New York, Beijing, and Singapore, and in areas such as Corporate Functions, Financial Products and Global Data, Bloomberg offers something for everyone that has an interest in technology, economics or global-affairs.
