Gavin Hewitt has been a News Editor at the BBC since Autumn 2014 and prior to that was the BBC News’ European Editor and the BBC’s Washington Correspondent. Gavin has won a BAFTA, an Emmy and a Peabody for his news coverage, which has included the 2008 US Presidential Elections and front-line reporting from the conflict in Georgia in 2008. Gavin will be sharing his perspectives on global trade, focusing on democracy in the age of disruption.
